Life Time Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty

At Porta Rack, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer a life time manufacturer’s defect warranty on all Porta Rack aluminum rod rack holders. This warranty guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Duration: This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase.

  • Scope: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.

Warranty Claim Process:

  • Identify the Defect: If you believe your Porta Rack has a manufacturing defect, please document the issue with clear photographs and a detailed description.

  • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at [email] or [phone number] with the photographs and description of the defect. Please include your proof of purchase (receipt or order number) for verification.

  • Assessment: Our team will assess your claim. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.

  • Repair or Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the defective item, we will, at our discretion, repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished item of equal value.

  • Shipping Costs: Porta Rack will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to us.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or external causes such as weather conditions.

  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized personnel void this warranty.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Porta Rack’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
