RETURN POLICY

At Porta Rack, we pride ourselves on our reasonable and customer-centric return policy. We understand that sometimes a product just doesn't meet your expectations or won't work for your application. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Return Requirements:

  • Condition: Items must be brand new.

  • Packaging: Returned products must be in original packaging with all packaging materials.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted on any special order items, built-to-order items, or cut lengths of material.

  • Shipping and Handling Fees: If applicable, these fees are non-refundable. - what does this mean?

  • Return Shipping: Prepaid by the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  • Return Time Frame: Returned items must be received by Porta Rack within 14 days of receiving notification of your intent to return.

Return Process:

  • Confirm Eligibility: Please ensure your item is returnable. Note that custom orders or cut-to-length material are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.

  • Contact Customer Service: Before returning your Porta Rack, please contact us at support@portarackusa.com or 813-601-0519 to notify us of your intent to return.

  • Ship the Item: Please ship the merchandise in its original packaging from your nearest post office or shipping store.

  • Receive Your Refund: You will receive your refund within five business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
