RETURN POLICY
At Porta Rack, we pride ourselves on our reasonable and customer-centric return policy. We understand that sometimes a product just doesn't meet your expectations or won't work for your application. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Packaging: Returned products must be in original packaging with all packaging materials.

Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted on any special order items, built-to-order items, or cut lengths of material.

Return Shipping: Prepaid by the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.
