Welcome to Porta Rack Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the Porta Rack fishing rod transportation system. By purchasing or using Porta Rack, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Porta Rack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use Porta Rack.
3. Installation and Use
3.1 Proper Installation: Porta Rack must be installed in accordance with the instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in damage to your vehicle or fishing rods.
3.2 Intended Use: Porta Rack is designed for transporting fishing rods on a truck bed or aluminum truck box. It should not be used for any other purpose.
3.3 Weight Limit: Do not exceed the recommended weight limit specified in the installation instructions.
4. Security
4.1 Bungee Cords: Use the provided bungee cords to secure your fishing rods during transport. These accessories are designed to prevent accidental dislodging.
4.2 Theft Prevention: While Porta Rack is designed to deter theft, we cannot guarantee the complete security of your fishing rods. Always take additional precautions when leaving your vehicle unattended. Cable locks are recommended and available for purchase.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Regular Inspection: Inspect Porta Rack, bungee cords, and cable locks regularly for signs of wear and tear. Replace any damaged components immediately.
5.2 Cleaning: Keep clean to prevent the buildup of dirt and debris, which may affect its performance.
6. Warranty
6.1 Warranty Coverage: Porta Rack comes with a one-year limited warranty, starting at the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
6.2 Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product.
6.3 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
7. Liability
7.1 Use at Your Own Risk: Use of the Porta Rack is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle, fishing rods, or other property resulting from the use or misuse of the Porta Rack.
7.2 No Additional Warranties: Except for the express one-year warranty provided above, Porta Rack is provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all other warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the Porta Rack is in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
8.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of Porta Rack constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from the use of the Porta Rack will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
